WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?

This walk can be taken whenever you like. No pressure to keep to a time table. Upon booking, you will receive a guide complete with tasting notes and interesting info on the places you are about to visit. There will also be some local history to enjoy as you walk around the oldest and most iconic parts of Bristol.

First stop is to taste the grape.  Expect three different wines, all carefully selected for their flavour and sustainable credentials. Use the tasting notes to explore the wines at your leisure.

King Street is your next stop-off, with beers at the bar. Learn about the different beer styles and the impact of this small bar as you sample three different brews.

Finally, you will be led to a picturesque river spot, where the team will offer a curated tasting experience from their finest selection of gin—all locally distilled. Again, the tasting notes will give you advice on how to spot the botanicals.  If you prefer, you can use the link to their guided tasting video. This is a three-shot stop.

You only need to show your booking email at each venue to claim the drinks as you go. Please don’t forget to bring ID if you are under the age of 25. This really is a tour of Bristol’s best booze. Each venue has been chosen for its warmth and welcoming atmosphere, and the drinks on offer are delicious.

The walk should last about two hours, but this isn’t a race. It’s all about enjoying some unique leisure time with some lip smacking liquids.

  • Drink samples at each stop:
    - 3 wines at 70ml each (210ml total)
    - 3 1/3 pints of beer
    - 3 single shots of gin + mixers
